Last week, our first-grade students joyously received their first siddurim (prayer books) during the Chagigat Siddur Tefillah, arguably our favorite Thursday of the year. The first graders led a meaningful Tefillah service with grace and confidence, and they were thrilled to receive their prayer books adorned with custom covers made by their parents—a cherished tradition here that marks a significant Jewish milestone. Here's to our young luminaries, shining brightly on their Brandeis journey! You need to see the sweet photos from the Tefillah to get the full picture of this beautiful celebration.
