On the cusp of middle school, our 5th graders have reached a significant milestone in their Brandeis journey. Their heartfelt speeches at the Chagigat Hatanach (ceremony to receive a Hatanach, or Hebrew Bible) dove deep into valuable lessons from the Torah and reflections on their own character traits and values, proof of the incredible growth and achievement this year. They are ready for middle school! Mazal Tov to the 5th grade and their fabulous teachers!
