SET-UP - SATURDAY, APRIL 30
10 people - set tables and chairs, assist with decor, tents, lighting, staging and supplies, (12-5 pm).
SET-UP - SUNDAY, MAY 1
10 people - final details for decor, tech, and catering needs such as ice delivery, flowers, candles, lighting, (12-4 pm).
CLEAN-UP - SUNDAY, MAY 1
15 people - assist staff with restoring the field for school the next day, (10-11 pm).
REGISTRATION - SUNDAY, MAY 1
4 people - greet guests, hand out name tags, programs, bidding paddles. Also, swipe credit cards for guests who didn't pre-register, (4-6 pm).
COCKTAIL HOUR - SUNDAY, MAY 1
2 people - greet guests at registration table with signature cocktail or sparkling water, (4-6 pm).
RAFFLE TICKET SELLERS - SUNDAY, MAY 1
4 people - roam (intermittently) between guests during cocktail and after program to record raffle ticket sales and deposit raffle stubs to raffle barrel, (5-8 pm). Alumni volunteers are great for this job!
DINNER HOUR - SUNDAY, MAY 1
4 people - "runners" to assist caterer with filling water pitchers and removing dishes, (7-8 pm). Alumni volunteers are great for this job!
SPOTTERS - SUNDAY, MAY 1
6 people - "spotters" assist the auctioneer by recording on a clipboard each bidder number that is raised by a guest during the Fund-A-Need, (7:45-8 pm).
BARTENDERS - SUNDAY, MAY 1
6 people - assist the professional bartending staff with one-hour shifts. We will be serving wine, beer, non-alcoholic beverages, and a signature cocktail, (5-10 pm).
