Brandeis Marin is an independent, co-educational Jewish day school that serves K-8 students and their families in San Rafael, California. Our community reflects the diversity of the Marin Jewish communal fabric as well as the varied religious, cultural and socio-economic tapestry of the world around us. Everyone is welcome here!
We provide an innovative, project-based education infused with spiritual exploration and discovery. Here students examine creek beds, build 3D models and ponder the ins and outs of invertebrates. They plunge into equations, deconstruct complex texts, play an array of instruments (hello, ukulele) and give back through service learning. All the while being immersed in Jewish history and values.
Students arrive on our campus as curious youngsters hungry for knowledge. They graduate as critical thinkers, problem solvers and engaged learners skilled at living in community with giving and compassionate hearts.
